This product is one customized screw helical pile made of heavy steel of Q345 used for the house and solar panel foundation, a 1.2kw laser cutting machine cuts it, and a professional machine strength forms the spiral shape and global standard welding skill finishes it. The cutting edge of this screw plate is very smooth and the tolerance is controlled within 0.05~0.1mm according to the drawing required measure, which is a very high standard in the whole industry. The professional welding standard makes it look very nice.

Helical Piles are used for new construction and to support existing structures. Helical piers are round or square, tubular or bar steel shafts with round helix plates welded.

A drive plate is used to protect a joint on the pile during driving.
The plate is installed on top of the joint on the bottom pile to protect the locking dowels of the joint from the driving impacts. The drive plates are either made of a plastic compound or cast metal.
